By booking tickets to a Happy Puppy Yoga class you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

 

It is all participant’s responsibility to ensure they do not have any allergies towards the dogs and that they are well enough to attend. 

 

Participants agree any photos or videos taken by Happy Puppy Yoga during classes may be used for advertising.

 

I understand that it is my responsibility to handle and play with Happy Puppy Yoga's puppies with appropriate care. I acknowledge that I will be held accountable for any damages caused by my mishandling of the puppies.

 

Happy Puppy Yoga has the right to remove any participant who is displaying inappropriate or violent behaviours towards any people or animals in attendance of a class.

 

It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they are at the class on time and in the correct venue as listed on their ticket, Happy Puppy Yoga will do our best to ensure any latecomers are admitted to the class as soon as possible but due to safety latecomer’s will have to wait for an appropriate time in the class.

 

If I am over 18 years old, I declare that I am making this ticket purchase. In the event that I am purchasing a ticket for someone who is under the age of 18, I confirm that they are at least 8 years old and will be accompanied by an individual who is 18 years of age or older.

 

Happy Puppy Yoga doesn’t take responsibilities for any damage caused by the puppies.

 

I understand that Happy Puppy Yoga provides the puppies and that no other animals are permitted in the class. 

 

I verify that all the provided details are accurate and hereby consent to the terms stated above.
